2024 PVAMU Panther Football games to air on ESPN+
PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – Here is great news for Panthers who want to know what’s happening in Prairie View A&M University’s Panther Stadium all season long. The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced that ESPN+ will air all five of PVAMU’s home football games.
The 2023 Western Division Champs will kick off the 2024 season with a home opener with Texas Southern for the Labor Day Classic on Aug. 31. The game has a 6 p.m. kickoff. The Panthers will continue home play, hosting the Jaguars of Southern U. on Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. The Panthers will also be highlighted on ESPN+ during the State Fair Classic vs. Grambling State in Dallas on Sept. 28 with another 6 p.m. kickoff.
ESPNU will feature Prairie View A&M at Arkansas Pine Bluff for an 8:15 p.m. start time on Oct. 11. The Oct. 26 homecoming game versus Texas A&M-Commerce at 2 p.m. takes it back to ESPN+, where the game will be streamed live. The final two home games hosted by the Panthers on ESPN+ are Florida A&M on Nov. 9 at 2 p.m. and Alcorn State on Nov. 16, also with a 2 p.m. kickoff.
Prairie View A&M will appear for a final time during the regular season when they visit the Hornets of Alabama State on Nov. 23 for a 2 p.m. kickoff.
The Pepsi SWAC Football Championship is set for Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. on ESPN2. The Cricket Celebration Bowl will be broadcast on the ABC Network on Dec. 14 at noon.
Viewers of the game will only need to sign in with their subscription information from their current cable or satellite provider.
