FOOD LION MEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK David Bradford, Livingstone (r-So. – Orange Park, FL)David Bradford finished top ten in several events this past weekend at the Bast-Cregger Invitational, including 2nd place in the 60-meter hurdles, 2nd in the 200 meters, and 2nd in the men’s 4×400 meter relay with a total time of 3:25.44. The Orange Park, FL native’s time of 8.30 seconds is currently ranked second in the CIAA in the 60-meter hurdles. The redshirt sophomore’s time of 22.30 is ranked number one in the CIAA in the 200 meters. |
FOOD LION MEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Cameron Snead, Livingstone (Fr. – Benson, NC) Cameron Snead recorded a school record and placed second in the men’s long jump at the Bast-Cregger Invitational. The freshman’s jump of 7.00 meters replaced the old record of 6.93 meters. Snead also finished second in the men’s triple jump with a jump of 14.17. Those jumps rank the Benson, NC native first in the CIAA in the men’s long and triple jump. |
FOOD LION WOMEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Sydney McDonald, Livingstone
(Fr. – Portsmouth, VA)Sydney McDonald recorded two second-place finishes and two school records at the Bast-Cregger Invitational. The freshman finished second in the women’s 600 meters with a time of 1:41.79, breaking the previous school record of 1:43.37. The Portsmouth, VA native also placed second in the women’s 1000 meters with a time of 3:18.06, breaking the previous school record of 3:20.01.

(Fr. – Portsmouth, VA)In the Bast-Cregger Invitational, Asiyah Clifton placed third in the triple jump with a jump of 10.20 meters, which also ranks her sixth in the CIAA. The freshman for Portsmouth, VA also finished 15th in the long jump with a jump of 4.38 meters.
