A sea of change around equity in the corporate landscape is on the horizon. The media is filled with announcements – and actions – from global and local companies about their strategic investments in diversity, inclusion and equality. Because of the critical roles that Black women in leadership play in today’s shifting environment, Spelman College is continuing its virtual series, “Courageous Conversations: Black in the C-Suite.”

These events will feature in-depth conversations with Spelman President Mary Schmidt Campbell, Ph.D., and distinguished guests to have candid discussions about their corporate and personal journeys, working through crisis and the opportunities for Black women leaders as equity becomes more valuable across professions.

The goal of Courageous Conversations is to inform and inspire.
