Hampton University Softball Player Mo’ne Davis to Appear Live Today on the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Instagram Page

AMPTON, Va. (May 11, 2020)– Hampton University softball player Mo’ne Davis will appear Live today at 12 PM EST on the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Instagram page. Davis is a journalism major in the Hampton University Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications. She became the first girl to throw a shutout in the Little League Baseball World Series and the sixth to get a hit in World Series history. The Associated Press rewarded her efforts in leading her team to the Little League World Series by naming her the 2014 Associated Press Female Athlete of the Year.
