Protecting Democracy Through Responsible Journalism is Focus of Hannah- Jones’ Democracy Summit
More than 200 professional and collegiate journalists gathered at Howard University in Washington, DC for the Democracy Summit sponsored by the Center for Journalism & Democracy. The second annual summit was founded by journalist and professor Nikole Hannah-Jones and featured various panels consisting of professionals from around the country who renewed the call for democracy-based journalism.
